Cori Simmons is the Director of Property Management and an associate real estate broker, tasked with overseeing all facets of the operations for CapStar’s Management Portfolio. 

 

Prior to joining CapStar in 2016, Ms. Simmons was employed by a national real estate firm, where she managed approximately 800,000 square feet of commercial property and played a lead role in the operations, rebranding, and management of a 1.5-million-dollar renovation project for a northern Virginia retail center.

Ms. Simmons also spent several years working for a mid-sized general contracting firm and played an integral part in the start-to-finish management process for both base building and interior build-out projects. Ms. Simmons' high-level list of expertise includes process implementation, contract management, negotiation, tenant relations, and delivering excellence in client service.
